DigiScience Solution Assessment

Bring one defined problem. Leave with the right path.

For business owners and leaders focused on operational outcomes, functional leaders, and technical leaders who know the challenge and want the right implementation path. DigiScience brings specialized expertise to evaluate the problem, constraints, and available options—without assuming AI is automatically the answer.

One defined problem Seven business days Bounded scope
Who it is for

Different roles. One shared need for clarity.

You bring direct knowledge of the challenge, business context, and desired outcome. DigiScience adds specialized solution, architecture, and delivery expertise to assess the options and define the right implementation path.

BO

Business owners and leaders

Bring firsthand knowledge of an operational problem, growth constraint, or service bottleneck. DigiScience translates that context into a viable path across process and technology.

FL

Functional leaders

Bring deep knowledge of the workflow and desired outcomes across finance, operations, sales, HR, legal, service, or another function. DigiScience applies specialized solution expertise to assess what should change and how.

TL

Technical leaders

Combine your environment knowledge with DigiScience expertise in modernization, automation, cloud, AI, security, deployment, and integration to define the right path.

Technology follows the problem

The recommendation may be simpler—or more combined—than expected

DigiScience compares practical paths against business value, delivery effort, risk, current systems, security, operating constraints, and ownership.

01

Workflow improvement

Clarify roles, decisions, handoffs, controls, and avoidable steps before adding technology.

02

Automation

Use rules, integrations, scripts, or workflow tools where deterministic automation is the better fit.

03

AI

Apply AI only where data, uncertainty, judgment support, and measurable value justify it.

04

Secure cloud

Improve scalability, resilience, access control, observability, or delivery through a governed cloud path.

05

Hybrid or on-premise

Keep suitable workloads closer to existing systems, facilities, sensitive data, or operational constraints.

06

Platform modernization

Address legacy architecture, delivery friction, integration debt, security gaps, or operating complexity.

07

A combined path

Sequence process, automation, AI, deployment, and modernization work when no single intervention solves the problem responsibly.

Final package

A decision package your business and technical stakeholders can use

The assessment converts the supplied context into a practical recommendation, with assumptions and boundaries stated clearly.

Problem and outcome brief
Agreed current-state problem, desired outcome, stakeholders, constraints, and decision criteria.
Options assessment
Relevant paths compared for fit, value, feasibility, dependencies, risk, and likely sequencing.
Recommended solution path
A reasoned recommendation covering workflow, automation, AI, cloud, deployment, modernization, or a combination.
Implementation brief
Proposed phases, priorities, buyer responsibilities, key risks, immediate next steps, and scope for a subsequent proposal.
Required buyer inputs

What you bring

One defined problem
A specific business or technology issue—not a request to review the entire organization.
Relevant context
Current workflow, systems, available materials, constraints, known risks, and the outcome you want.
Stakeholder access
Timely access to the business owner and the people who understand the workflow or technology.
Prompt responses
The seven-business-day clock begins after the required inputs are complete.

Do not send credentials, production access, confidential personal records, or sensitive datasets during initial enquiry.

How it works

A bounded assessment with a clear finish line

01

Confirm fit

DigiScience checks that the problem is sufficiently defined and the required stakeholders and inputs are available.

02

Frame the problem

We review the current state, desired result, systems, process, constraints, risks, and decision criteria.

03

Assess the paths

Relevant options are compared and, where useful, combined into a sequenced recommendation.

04

Deliver the package

After the final 50% payment, you receive the recommendation and implementation brief in a review session.

Included

Focused decision support for one problem

Structured discovery and problem framing
Review of supplied context and materials
Relevant path comparison and recommendation
Risks, dependencies, sequence, and next steps
Written final package and review session
Implementation proposal path, if requested
Boundaries

Assessment, not implementation

This is a bounded pre-implementation engagement. It is not full delivery, a working proof of concept, production deployment, detailed engineering design, procurement, or unlimited free consulting.

Work outside the agreed problem, additional workshops, data analysis, hands-on configuration, coding, migration, integrations, security testing, or implementation is scoped separately.

The final recommendation is based on the buyer inputs available during the assessment and will state material assumptions and unresolved dependencies.

Solution Assessment FAQ

No. It is a bounded pre-implementation engagement. You receive a recommendation and implementation-ready decision package; any delivery work is scoped separately.

No. The right answer may be workflow improvement, conventional automation, AI, secure cloud, hybrid or on-premise deployment, platform modernization, or a combination. DigiScience recommends the path that best fits the defined problem and constraints.

It begins after the agreed buyer inputs are complete and the relevant stakeholders and materials are available. Delays in required inputs may move the delivery date.

The first five paid customers can purchase the assessment for INR 29,000 or USD 349. The standard price is INR 49,000 or USD 599. Payment is 50% to begin and 50% before the final package is delivered.

The full paid assessment fee is credited toward a DigiScience implementation engagement signed within 60 days of the final assessment package.
